IS 12-TSP和IGA 12-TSP是極其精確且具有長期穩定傳輸的標準測溫儀,能夠用於檢測校準源。由於校準源會產生極高的溫度,因此會受到嚴重的磨損。這將會導致的結果就是,隨著時間的推移,控制器上顯示的溫度不符合光譜範圍內勘測到的輻射溫度。如果校準源長時間需要進行高精准的測量,那麼我們建議要對其進行定期檢查。
IS 12-TSP或IGA 12-TSP傳輸標準測溫儀是特別為這一目的而設計的。它們在200-2520°C之間以及不同的光譜範圍內有多個測溫範圍,這說明它們能夠與帶矽或砷化銦鎵探測器的測溫儀一同檢測校準源。
TS測溫儀內的探測器是恒溫控制實現高精度的。這說明在很大程度上,這種測量不受周圍溫度變化的影響,並可實現0.01 °C的解析度。
使用一台TS測溫儀可確保能夠將國家機構規定的溫度值傳輸到您自己的校準源上,以保證可追溯至ITS90國際溫標。
為了確保測溫儀能夠符合高技術規範,TS測溫儀應由Lumasense公司進行定期檢查。然而由於該測溫儀堅固耐用,所以只需每兩年進行一次檢查。
